Taking A Trip Without Breaking The Bank

Early planning is the first step in getting the best deal for a vacation. As soon as the plans for the vacation are in place, research needs to be done as to finding the best possible deals. Utilizing the Internet, travel agents, and personal research can provide an assortment of offers, allowing choice of the best deal for your own personal situation.

Package deals are often offered through websites and agents, allowing for savings in purchasing airfare, hotel, and attraction arrangements all at once. Filed under: Car

A car show “extravaganza” is a fantastic opportunity to bring a community or special interest group together – for more than one cause. Planning your car show event is not an easy task but the process can be simplified and efficient. The most important steps to planning your extravaganza are as follows:

    The Organizers

You can be the sole show organizer or it can be a joint venture with another group. Whichever way you decide to go, there is a lot of face-to-face coordination involved. Also, it may be inconvenient to get everybody to together at a meeting on the same day. But you will need to make sure that everybody knows what’s going on and be reminded of their role and responsibilities. You’re probably wondering how to accomplish that because coordinating people is a major feat itself. Here’s where Atlanta Antique Car Club comes in with those hard-to-find resources. We recommend staying in contact with helloWorld – Video e-Mail. It is easy, affordable and so much better than phoning. Read the rest of this entry »

Pet Retailing - The Unique Retail Experience

The pet retailer is becoming the retail destination. It used to be that garden centres considered putting a pet shop adjacent to a garden centre as an extra means of attraction. I recently worked with a company in South Africa where the draw card is the pets; the added attraction is the garden centre.

So what makes the pet retail sector so unique? Well, in generational marketing terms, it’s one of the few retail sectors that appeals to each generation. Spoodles (0 – 4 yrs old), Juveniles (the Pester Power group, 5 – 14 yrs old), Generation Y (15 – 24 years old), Generation X (25 – 34 years old) , The Jones’ Generation (35 – 44 years old) , Baby Boomers (45 – 59 years old) and Greying Tigers (60 years and older) are all fascinated by pets. What Are Chemical Bonds and Why Do They Form?

Attraction between atoms or ions leads to a chemical bond. According to the types of bonds contained in a molecule, the physical properties including melting point, hardness, electrical and thermal conductivity and solubility are determined. Chemical bonds involve only the outermost or valence electrons of atoms. Using the example of the simplest element, hydrogen, its two atoms on approaching each other, cause electon-electron and proton-proton repulsions to attempt separation of the atoms. But counterbalance by proton-electron attraction fuses the two hydrogen atoms forming a bond. Read the rest of this entry »

    Kids Just Wanna Have Fun!

During the recent “schools out session” for the holidays. I was reminded how much the kids crave entertainment. No matter what time of year the “Kids Just Wanna Have Fun.” And who could blame them? I don’t think there are many of us who haven’t longed for the carefree, playful days of our youth. I have four of these carefree fun hungry kids. Keeping them entertained on a tight budget is always a challenge.

I have discovered over the years that more money doesn’t necessarily mean more fun. In fact, some of the simplest, age old activities, seem to feed their fun hungry souls the best. Remember, in the “old days” that is the “very old days”. Family gatherings provided a great source of entertainment. Its hard to believe that in today’s fast paced, high tech, world that children still enjoy this kind of interaction. Read the rest of this entry »

How To Make A Woman Trust You Completely

I’m about to reveal a little-known secret of human persuasion that can induce the woman to feel complete trust for you, and have sex with you… even if it’s the very first date.

You see, for a woman to have sex with a guy, she must not only be attracted to him, but she must also trust him. Look at it like this:

    1. Trust Without Attraction = “He’s a great friend and I love him to death!” (Translation: “We’ll NEVER have sex!”)

    2. Attraction Without Trust = “I’m not a loose woman. He’ll have to wait before he gets any!”

However, if the woman has both attraction AND trust for the guy, she’ll be literally begging you to take her home with you that night.

Let’s take a typical scenario. Say it’s coming up on 11 PM, and you’ve been with a woman since 6 that afternoon. Read the rest of this entry »

A Strategy for Attracting Higher Paying Client

Some people have little difficulty attracting and
maintaining higher paying clients. Others can’t get to
first base. Higher paying clients consume less time,
exchange energy instead of zapping yours, have higher
regards for your relationship, give more referrals, pay on
time, and this in turn allows you to make higher profits.

When asked how I recommend raising client’s fees, I answer
honestly, “It’s very difficult.” Why? Let me share this
story, one I’m sure you can relate to. You go to the store
to buy more of something you like but you don’t have to
have. Before you paid $10 and now its $15. You play with
the package and stand there rethinking your need, it’s value
and also wondering if can find it cheaper elsewhere. You
leave empty-handed or buy something else. If your price is
higher, their reaction gets magnified. Read the rest of this entry »
